1. The Plugin Collects Nothing

The Sniper Cat plugin does not connect to the internet, does not collect personal data, and does not send any information about you, your computer or your music anywhere. Reference songs you load stay on your computer.

2. What We Collect

When you buy Sniper Cat:
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to complete your order. We receive your name, email address, country and order details from Paddle. We never see or store your full card number.

When you email us:
We receive your email address and anything you write to us, so we can reply and help you.

When you visit this website:
Our website host may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and may use cookies needed for the site to work.

3. How We Use It

We use your information only to:

• Deliver your purchase and send your receipt and download.
• Provide customer support and process refunds.
• Tell you about important updates to software you bought.
• Meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Who We Share It With

We share information only with the services that help us run Sniper Cat:

• Paddle.com, to process payments, taxes, refunds and receipts.
• Google Workspace, which hosts our email.
• Hostinger, which hosts this website.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep order records for as long as needed for support and as required by tax and accounting laws. Support emails are kept for as long as they are useful for helping you.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Some order records must be kept for legal reasons even if you ask us to delete them.
