Terms Of Service

LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 2026

These terms cover your purchase and use of Sniper Cat ("the Software"), made by Sniper Cat Audio, operated by John Rush in Los Angeles, California ("we", "us"). By buying, downloading or using the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. Who You Buy From

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Your License

When you buy Sniper Cat, you get a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for any music project, including commercial work. Anything you create while using Sniper Cat belongs to you.

You may not:

The Software is licensed, not sold. Sniper Cat Audio keeps all rights, title and ownership of the Software, its name and its logo.

3. Updates

We may release updates that fix bugs or add features. Updates within the same main version (for example 1.0 to 1.9) are free for existing customers. A future major version (for example 2.0) may be sold separately.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, available on this website.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't promise that it will be error-free, work with every computer or DAW, or meet every need. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Always keep backups of your projects.

6. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sniper Cat Audio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, or damage to projects, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

7. Ending The License

If you break these terms, your license ends and you must delete all copies of the Software. If you receive a refund, your license also ends and you agree to delete all copies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website, with its "Last updated" date, is the current one.
