Refund Policy

If Sniper Cat isn't right for you, email john@snipercataudio.com within 14 days of your purchase, with your order number and a short note on what didn't work for you. We'll refund you in full.

How It Works

1. Email john@snipercataudio.com within 14 days of purchase.
2. Include your order number (it's in your receipt email) and a short note on what didn't work.
3. We'll approve the refund, and Paddle, our payment provider, will return the money to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please Note

• By requesting a refund, you agree to uninstall Sniper Cat and delete all copies of it, including the installer.
• Limit one refund per customer.
• We may decline refund requests made after 14 days, or requests that appear to abuse this policy.
• Before asking for a refund, consider emailing us. Many problems, like the plugin not showing up in your DAW, can be fixed in a few minutes.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
